There is a lot to discover here. The flat is a oasis, and a place to feel good. The cosy sofa is a great place to spend time, even when bad weather. Friedrichshain is unique. At night you can enjoy the pulsating life around the Boxhagener Platz with its many bars, restaurants and galleries. But it's also nice to just watch the hustle and bustle and talk to the special people who live here. It is a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn stop. It is usually relatively easy to find a parking space in the immediate neighbourhood. Most of the people living in the building are young, uncomplicated people.
