In December and January, we will be staying with family in Australia and would love to sublet our much-loved Berlin apartment to someone who will appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere. About the apartment Our apartment is located on the second floor of a classic Berlin Altbau in the Gräfekiez (Urbanstraße / Ecke Gräfe Straße). Originally 100 m², we are offering 80 m² for sublet, as one room will remain private as my studio and storage space. The available space consists of two large, beautifully connected rooms: the bedroom and the living/work room.
