The flat is situated in a typical Berlin Altbau (a turn-of-the-twentieth-century building) on a quiet street in Neukölln, directly across from one of the city’s most beautiful parks, Hasenheide. It is also just five minutes away from the infamous Tempelhofer Feld — the former city airport turned public park — and one of Berlin’s most popular summer hangouts. Neukölln is a trendy yet multicultural neighbourhood, offering a mix of hipster and authentic bars, cafés, and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets and gyms nearby, as well as a department store and shopping mall within walking distance. The flat is very well connected to public transport, with an underground station only a few minutes away. Kreuzberg’s Bergmannkiez and Graefekiez are also easily accessible, either by a 20-minute walk or just two underground stops. I live in the flat for about half of the year. It is fully furnished, equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, and I’m looking for someone who will care for it as if it were their own home.
