Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Couchecke mit Glastisch. Hier können sie entspannen und/oder Fernsehen schauen. Ein großer, ovaler Tisch mit 5 Stühlen kann als Essbereich genutzt werden. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein und kann vom Wohnzimmer betreten werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem stabilen Doppelbett (1,6 x 2 m), einem Etagenbett (für Kinder) und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. In der Küche ist neben der Waschmaschine, dem Kühlschrank, dem Geschirrspüler auch ein kleiner Bistrotisch mit 2 Stühlen vorhanden.
