Sicherheit steht für uns an erster Stelle! Deshalb verfügt das Haus neben der üblichen Klingel mit Gegensprechanlage und den Rauchmeldern in jedem Apartment auch über ein elektronisches Schließsystem und einen Concierge-Service. Die Umwelt liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Darum haben wir in unseren Apartments ein automatisches Licht- und Stromsystem installiert, das über eine Karte aktiviert wird. Du kannst beim Verlassen des Apartments einfach die Karte ziehen und sicher sein, dass alles ausgeschaltet ist. Eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Bildungseinrichtungen sowie der Hotspots in den Szenekiezen in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg und Mitte ist durch die sehr gute Anbindung an S-Bahn, Tram und Bus garantiert.
