Our lovingly furnished and decorated flat is situated right on the entrance to Graefekiez, one of Berlin's greenest and most charming central neighbourhoods. Literally around the corner you'll find more bars, fine dining, and lovely boutiques than you'll be able to visit during your time here. It's also super well connected by public transport, with an M41 bus stop right in front of the door and U7&U8 subway lines both within 5-7min walking distance. The flat itself is located on the top floor of a typical Berlin "Altbau" (="old building", which means high ceilings, antique wooden floors – and slightly uneven walls). It consists of a south facing living room with loads of sunlight all day long, a large bedroom towards the quiet backyard, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage space. The place has been recently renovated and has everything you need to feel at home right away: High speed internet, 55" Smart TV with sound bar, portable bluetooth speakers, a washing machine with integrated dryer, dishwasher, rain shower, extra light blocking curtains in the bedroom, and much more.
