Live Right on the Spree – Cozy, Central & Fully Equipped A charming building right on the Spree. The apartment was renovated in 2020 and smartly furnished. Very cozy and clean! A fully equipped kitchen that tempts you to cook – it has everything you need for cooking and baking. The couch is super cozy and comfortable. There’s a double bed with a high-quality mattress in the bedroom. From the French windows, you have a direct view of the Spree. The apartment is very central but still quiet – perfect for a good night’s sleep. You’ll find lots of beautiful restaurants and coffee places in the neighborhood, as well as grocery shops and public transport (S-Bahn and buses). Some of my favorite spots nearby: • Markthalle 9 – amazing street food and local products • Zum Heiligen Teufel – my favorite Italian restaurant just around the corner • Passenger Café – perfect for great coffee and breakfast Towels, bed linen, espresso maker, hair dryer, blankets – everything is available in the apartment for you.
