1 room apartment of 120m² in Berlin

English: Modern and high-end, yet cozy and family-oriented. Our large apartment is located in the green and liberal "Komponistenviertel" (composer's quarter) neighborhood in the northeast of Berlin. The house has its own private little playground and the neighbors are international and friendly. A main bedroom, an office room with a sofa that turns into a comfortable single bed, and another office room that we'll furnish with a double bed upon request. A large combined living and dining room with an adjacent large high-end kitchen. The living room has a sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed. Two modern bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub, the other with shower. There is actually yet another room, but we'll move personal stuff in there and lock it, so that it won't be part of the rented space (we hence offer roughly 120m2 to rent out of the complete space of roughly 135m2). German: Modern und gehobener Standard, trotzdem sehr gemütlich und familienorientiert. Unsere große Wohnung befindet sich im grünen und liberalen "Komponistenviertel" im Nordosten von Berlin (zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Weißensee), 15 Minuten mit der Tram vom Alexanderplatz. Das Haus hat einen eigenen kleinen Spielplatz, und die Nachbarn sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine große Küche mit Abstellkammer, ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein weiteres Arbeitszimmer, dass wir bei Bedarf mit einem weiteren Bett ausstatten können. Ein zusätzliches Zimmer schließen wir mit persönlichen Dingen ab; es gehört also nicht zum vermieteten Bereich (wir stellen also knapp 120m2 der kompletten 135m2 zur Verfügung). Zwei moderne Badezimmer - eins mit Dusche und Badewanne, eins mit Dusche.
