You rent a 70m² renovated apartment in the center of Berlin at Kollwitzplatz. Here is a melting pot of international guests, Cafes, restaurants and artists. The apartment is located only 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. the next tram is 400 m away and is is easy to reach the place with public transport. The big living room have a nice chesterfield sofa and a fireplace to enjoy nice evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with all, that is necessary like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, etc. You have a huge balcony to have breakfast outside or just to read a nice book outside in a very quiet surrounding. The bedroom have a bed 180 x 200 cm. You have internet, TV, DVD, telephone, radio. There is a big bathroom with shower, double sinks and a bath. For visitors, there is a second small WC. On Thursdays and Saturdays, there is a famous market just 20 m down the street to buy every kind of fresh food or just to get some products from farmers of the Berlin surrounding area.
