There are various supermarkets (bio company) and sport facilities, a huge number of restaurants and excellent cafés in walking distance. Also the vibrant Helmholz- and Kollwitzkiez as well as the famous Kastanienallee are just a stone-throw away. On top of that there is a friendly little Späti shop selling cold drinks, basic supplies and homemade fresh Turkish snacks just next door (see photos). The beautiful little apartment is refurbished and equipped with high-standard items such as induction cooker, oven, 4k television with Telekom Magenta TV and very practical storage spaces like a huge high quality cupboard. It is directed towards south so the spacious terrace is always sunny throughout the day and the flat is bright.
