English: The calm nest is located in one of the most developing neighborhood that definitely has a Berlin spirit. The studio has been renovated in 2013 and is super light with an open layout. The house is located in a very quiet street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a great view on the calm backyard with wild green, an old industrial loft building and a beautiful tree. The typical Berlin Altbau is in a good condition, but is still waiting to be renovated and has therefore it's own Neukölln charm. The positive surprise awaits you as soon as you enter the flat. The studio has been renovated in 2013 and is super bright with an open layout. You find a big storage unit in the entrance that offers space for any kind of stuff. There's a cleaning kit, vacuum cleaner, drying rack and washing machine for your use. The kitchen is white, clean and offers an oven, cooker, toaster, fridge (incl. Freezer), water heater, dish washer and a Brita. Table ware and cutlery is included!!! The little dining area is by the window and offers space for max. 5 persons. The bench is an heirloom – be nice to it. Following the window front you'll reach the corner of the living room which dominates half of the room– I'm not sure how to describe it better. It's a nice to look from the dining area to the couch and vice versa – when you have guests. The bed on the other half is super big and cosy. At the bed end you'll find two IKEA (I know it's bad but sooo practical) commodes – with plenty of space. Under the bed you can place your suitcase or half a house hold. Right to the bed you have two cloth rails, that are hidden in a niche. The new bathroom with sliding doors offers a spacious shower with a rain shower.
