1 room apartment of 69m² in Berlin

English: This flat is extremely central, very stylish and eclectic and suits one or maximum 2 people for a very comfortable stay in the heart of Berlin. It is available between the 6th of January and the 5th of May (4 months), because I am traveling to Thailand during this time. Fast internet and a great Hifi System with Chrome Cast make it the perfect home office. It is very light due to over 15 metres window front and if there is sun in the morning, it warms up nicely in the winter months. German: Die Wohnung liegt extrem zentral in Berlin Mitte und ist durch ihre über 15m Glasfront super hell und licht durchflutet. An sonnigen Tagen wärmt sich die Wohnung am Morgen schön auf, was im Winter toll ist. Schnelles Internet und eine Hifi Anlage mit Chrome Cast Verbindung machen es zum perfekten Home Office. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Ich vermiete sie im Zeitraum vom 6. Januar bis 5. Mai, wenn ich selbst in Thailand bin. Ggf. auch im Monat Oktober für 1 Monat.
