English: This beautiful cozy, fully furnished apartment is like a super comfortable treehouse, nestled in big mature trees only a few walking minutes away from the beautiful Schlachtensee. The balcony is secluded so that you may enjoy sunbathing. The designer kitchen has a big window so you may look into the trees and say hi to the squirrels:) There is a small stair bringing you to the upper level, that may be used as an extra working space or for guests or extra storage. The height of the living room is 5 meters which makes the room extra special. Electric Blinds and sunshilds are in front of the windows. The bathroom has both bathtub and shower and a washer with a dryer included. The apartment is set in a Park-like environment with lots of little separate playgrounds. Public transport is 3 minutes walking away. Sbahn 10 minutes. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops, a small friendly supermarket, a Bioladen and little boutiques are down the road.
