4 rooms apartment of 133m² in Berlin

We will be away from Berlin until 2027 and are looking for sublet for our lovely apartment! The apartment is located in an Altbau building and is 133 sqm big. The apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for a working couple, 2 couples, a group of friends or a family with kids. There are two bedrooms - main one and a guest one, one fully equipped office room (height-adjustable desk, ergonomic office chair, Apple HDR Display, additional 5k LG monitor). You will also find basic sports equipment there - a yoga mat, a foam roller, yoga blocks, bands etc. In the office room there is a reading corner by the windows, and soon there will also be an additional sofa (not on the pictures). The guest bedroom is also equipped with an office setup - a desk, an office chair and two monitors. There are two additional monitors in the storage in case you need more. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Lelit Bianca Coffee Machine with a high-quality Grinder for your latte-art, a Bamix mixer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, oven, and all dishes and even a mini-bar with all necessary cocktail equipment. There is a guest WC in addition to the main bathroom (a bathroom cabinet with mirror will be installed shortly - not shown on the pictures). A bonus is a Withings smart scale. In the living room there will be a XGIMI Horizon 20 projector with direct access to AppleTV, Netflix etc. There is also a digital piano that can be used as a sound bar, a large comfy sofa-bed and a cozy dining area. In the hallway there is a lot of storage space behind the red curtains - for your coats, suitcases, shoes, cleaning appliances. The flat comes with all necessary cleaning tools, incl a Dyson vacuum cleaner. If needed, we can arrange a cleaning lady. Everywhere in the flat there will be new lamps installed - not shown on the pictures yet.
