English: Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of year. In addition to gas central heating, you can also light the large wood-burning stove and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, our beautiful flower and vegetable garden has a large sunbathing lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with barbecue ring and a large dining area with parasol. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows. We are located in a mixed area of homeowners, allotment gardeners, seasonal restaurants and small businesses. Cars can be parked free of charge directly in front of the house. German: Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den großen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem mit Holz zu befeuernden Herd wunderbar kochen. Das Haus ist im Winter gut beheizbar und dort zu wohnen ist einfach Romantik poor. Wir befinden uns hier in einem Mischgebiet von Hauseigentümern , Kleingärtnern, saisonalen Retaurants und auch kleinerem Gewerbetreibenden. PkW kann kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden.
