English: Beautiful apartment filled with art and color, right on the Maybachufer canal, with two wonderful cats. Lovely pink balcony overlooking the Landwehr Kanal. The apartment has everything you need: internet, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, shower, and plenty of sleeping options (loft bed in the living room cm, mattress in the bedroom cm, bunk bed with two mattresses cm). Every Tuesday and Friday, the weekly market takes place nearby on the Maybachufer, offering great food and affordable fruits and vegetables. I primarily rent out the apartment so the cats have company and care while I'm away. The cats are very cuddly and easy to care for. Die Katzen sind sehr kuschelig und pflegeleicht. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne mit den Katzen aus
