The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house built in 2022 with its own terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Havel and direct access to the water. Bedroom and living room with open fitted kitchen are cozy living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 15 sqm room in the rear area has smaller basement windows and can be used as a spacious storage room. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and counter with bar stools. A couch and a TV make this room the center of the living area. From here you can access the small shower room with washing machine. In the adjoining room there is a double bed, as well as a workstation with a large screen. The subway lines U6 and S25 can be reached by bus in approx. 15 minutes around the clock. Supermarkets, doctors, kindergartens and schools are all within walking distance.
