1 room apartment of 65m² in Berlin

English: I'm travelling for a while, I'm renting out my cosy flat. It is a 2-room flat with a separate kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. The special thing about the flat is that it has courtyards in both directions. So you can't hear any road traffic. Even during the day you don't hear much when the windows are open and you find an oasis of peace in this lively city. The kitchen is a new kitchen with gas and electric hob. Also with an oven. There is also a washing machine in this kitchen which you can't see in the photo as I have skilfully hidden it behind the kitchen fronts with a door. There is also a dishwasher. Everything is practically new. The windows are double-glazed and the flat warms up quickly when you switch on the heating. Take your time to look at the pictures. German: Da ich für ne Weile verreise vermiete ich meine gemütliche Wohnung. Es ist eine 2-Zimmerwohnung mit seperater Küche. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. und im Flur ist quasi einbegehbarer Kleiderschrank. Das besondere an der Wohnung ist, dass sie in beide Richtungen Innenhöfe hat. Man hört also keinen Straßenverkehr. Selbst Tagsüber hört man nicht viel wenn die Fenster auf sind und man findet in dieser lebendigen Stadt eine Oase der Ruhe. Die Küche ist eine neue Küche mit Gas und Elektrogasherd. Ausserdem mit nem Ofen. In dieser Küche ist auch eine Waschmaschine eingebaut die Ihr auf dem Foto nicht seht, da ich diese gekonnt hinter den Küchenfronten mittels Tür versteckt habe. Eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Alles quasi neu. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast und die Wohnung ist schnell warm , wenn man die Heizung einschaltet. Schaut euch die Bilder in Ruhe an. Die Wohnung spricht für sich.
