2 rooms apartment of 85m² in Berlin

Welcome! This modern and well furnished apartment is in a quite area in the vibrant neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg with its many cafés, restaurants and parks. The apartment is fully furnished and has a great garden with terrace to relax in. The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, about 5 mins from Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) and 10 min from Alexanderplatz. You can reach any place in Berlin quite quickly. There is even an Edeka Supermarkt in the same building (1min). We are subletting the apartment for ca 2.5 months (February 15th 2026 until April 20th 2026) as we will be traveling during that time. We will keep one of the rooms to store some of our items (the room is not represented in the pictures, it is extra). All the rooms that you see in the pictures will be subletted. Additionally a small storage room for shoes, cleaning supplies etc.
