English: Due to a stay abroad, we are looking for a temporary tenant for our beautiful apartment who will feel as at home here as we do! The apartment is ideal for couples, the spacious layout of the rooms offers plenty of space. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) of an old building and was newly renovated about 2 years ago, therefore it is in almost brand-new condition. Some of the highlights of the apartment: sunny balcony (facing to the East) with space for two sun loungers, a kitchen with appliances (including a dishwasher), a sun-lit bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished, all the furnishings consist of our own furniture. The rental contract will be for max. 7 weeks. The stated rent (Warmmiete) includes all utilities, including internet fees.
