3 rooms apartment of 128m² in Berlin

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and attic, with its own entrance and staircase. The house consists of two apartments: the ground floor is occupied by the owner, while we have been renting the upper and attic floors for the past year. Since we will not need the entire apartment in 2025, we have permission to offer it here. A cleaning service is available and, upon arrangement, can enter the apartment to clean, as well as wash and change bed linens and towels. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The single beds can be removed upon request, or you can use them as needed. The second bedroom is located in the attic, featuring air conditioning and connected via a spiral staircase. It also has its own bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
