If you want the best espresso, or burger in the city, you have it 5 minutes from the apartment. The Spree and the famous Oberbaumbrücke is 2min away, the nearest supermarket 5min walk. The apartment itself is nicely divided. The spacious bedroom with large built-in wardrobe offers ample space and from the bedroom can be directly through a sliding door into the bathroom. The large kitchen with kitchen island leaves nothing to be desired. Crockery and cutlery is visually coordinated down to the smallest detail. High-quality kitchen appliances from Alessi, knives from Zwilling, induction hotplate with exhaust air. The Sonos smart sound system and quite a few smart home controls offer an individual adjustment of the atmosphere. The whole apartment is equipped with Sonos system for relaxing evenings with guests, or movie nights on the designer couch from Formula A. In the guest room there is a guest couch with a built-in pull-out mattress and a TV that can be used as a guest room or office. In the whole apartment is fast WLan available, Fritzbox and additional router guarantee a stable line. The neighbors are pleasant, quiet and academics and it is a friendly relationship among themselves. Gladly for long term / 1 year, by arrangement also longer, or even just a few months.
