We welcome you to enjoy our spacious 3 room apartment with 2 lovely and very spacious balconies facing east and west for sun or shade, all day long! This apartment is perfect for couples and also small families, with an extra room that is setup as a home-office and guest room. The large open plan living room, dining and kitchen with wide open views, 5 floors up, make for comfortable, cosy and flexible living in the heart of Berlin. The office / guest room is equipped with a beautiful desk, standup desk, large TV and couch, perfect for flexible working and cozy Netflix in the evening! The bedroom with loads of cupboard space, has it’s own large balcony facing the very calm and open courtyard and gives a place for peace and quiet when it’s needed. The front balcony is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, while the back has a hammock to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun in peace and quiet! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you I’ll need. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, plus the apartment has a guest toilet too. The building has an elevator with plenty of space, of course you can take the stairs and avoid the gym if you feel like it! The neighbourhood is a hidden gem with 3 u-bahns within 10 minutes walk (U7, U3, U9), Ku’damm within 20 mins walk, Grunewald within 15 mins cycle, Volkspark Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf within 5 minutes and lots of lovely gems to eat and drink (including the best Indian restaurant in Berlin - that coming from an British-born Indian :) ).
