This apartment has charm and a wonderful atmosphere. Here you can immediately and permanently feel at home and recharge your batteries. I live here myself from time to time and enjoy this magic because I love the following about this apartment: it has a smart and practical layout and has everything you need to live. It's almost a miracle, a space miracle. Ideal for one or two people. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and the three-meter-wide, three-winged window, there is plenty of natural light. The view from the double box-spring bed offers plenty of space. There are trees in the spacious courtyard and the next residential building, which shields the lively sounds of the Kuhdamm, is adjacent to it. Here you can live quietly and centrally. Thanks to a sufficiently large swivel arm of the TV, you can enjoy your favorite Netflix series in HD quality both from the leather couch and from your bed. Well-being is the order of the day here. The apartment is a small oasis and ideal for people who can and want to experience and enjoy moments of peace and quiet even in Berlin. A new REWE supermarket - opened in 2024 - is within walking distance and open from 06.00 in the morning until 24.00, the whole thing on two levels and with escalator. What more could you want? The gastronomic offer is varied and of high quality, the connection to the public transport network is perfect, from the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg, which is within walking distance, you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. In summer you can swim in the nearby Halensee.
