We are looking for professionals, young families or digital nomads. We are subletting our beautiful, bright, and spacious 3-room apartment in Moabit incl 2 bikes. The apartment was newly renovated before we moved in 8 months ago. The kitchen was custom-built by us, featuring a slightly higher countertop. It’s fully stocked with stainless steel cookware and non-plastic utensils. The living room has a large dining table, and there’s a balcony. The bedroom has a king-size bed ( cm) and a large wardrobe (photo only by request). The office/guest room/second bedroom has a queen-size bed ( cm). The bathroom includes a washing machine. The apartment is nicely furnished with lots of plants, making it perfect for a couple, a small family, or two friends. We prefer in-person viewings, but online viewings are also possible. The location is ideal: short walk to the M10 tram, U9, and the Ringbahn at Westhafen. Buses are right outside the door. A beautiful park and the Vabali Spa are just 2 minutes away.
