The surrounding area is quiet and all completely renovated but just a 5 minutes walk away from The Simon Dach street where nightlife activities such as nice bars and clubs can be found. On Saturdays there is a wonderful farmers market at the Boxhagener platz which is just a 5-6 minutes walk away.
