I am renting out my lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment in Berlin-Köpenick for a fixed period of 6 to 9 months. Move-in is flexible between mid-May and mid-June 2026 and can be arranged individually. The apartment is approximately 50 m² in size, fully furnished, and offers everything needed for comfortable living. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine. The living and sleeping area is also completely furnished, allowing for an easy and immediate move-in. A special highlight is the furnished balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. The apartment is ideal for professionals, commuters, or anyone looking for a temporary housing solution in a quiet and green area. The warm rent is €1,200, including furniture and use of all available items. Please note: Broadcasting fees must be paid quarterly in advance by the tenant.
