In Wittenbergplatz starts the biggest shopping area of the city (Tauenzienstr and KuDamm). Zoo and Tiergarten are 10 Minutes away. Countless restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and interesting shops make the Nollendorfkiez very popular. Please note: The following renovations are planned for the building in the near future: replacement of windows and balcony doors, renovation of the balconies and facade, and replacement of an intercom system.
