We would like to rent our apartment for interim rent. The apartment has a bedroom, large living room with an open kitchen, bathroom, guest room and two balconies. The apartment is new and was completed in 2021. It is located on Fiedenstr. in Friedrichshain, 5 minutes walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain. Supermarkets such as Budni and Lidl are in the immediate vicinity. U5 station Strausberger Platz and M5, M6, M8 Platz der Vereinten Nationen can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and is fully furnished. Since it is only a temporary rental, no registration is possible. Green thumb for the plants in the apartment would be desirable ;)
