The 2-room apartment has been fully renovated and equipped with new furniture as well as a brand new kitchen. It is well connected to the rest of city thanks to its proximity to the S-Bahn station Berlin Ostkreuz, the main traffic hub in the eastern part of Berlin. There are also various points of interests within 15 minutes walking distance like the lovely Treptower Park, the river Spree or the heart of Friedrichshain with countless restaurants, bars and shops. The bedroom is spacious enough to offer a an electrical standing desk and a comfortable double bed. The living room has a wooden table for 4-6 people, entertainment options including a 4k beamer with a Sonos soundbar and a sleeping couch. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything you need. Its also possible to get access to our basement compartment for additional storage space. We want to emphasize that this is our secondary home and we do not need it all year long. Please be mindful with everything in the apartment while making yourself at home.
