We are moving abroad for a year, and therefore we are looking for a couple to sublet our beautiful flat. The 2-room flat is fully equipped with everything you need to arrive and feel at home. The flat is quietly located on the first floor in the rear building. It is a charming old building flat that has been recently renovated and has a beautiful parquet floor. The large living room has a cozy couch, a large dining table, a TV, a projector, a record player, a vintage hi-fi system, a piano, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, and many gadgets for coffee/tea lovers and cooks. The cozy bedroom has a double bed with a natural latex mattress and storage space, as well as a motorized bar table. There is a spacious wardrobe area in the hallway next to the bathroom. The large, bright bathroom has a large bathtub with a rain shower and a washing machine. The lamps in the flat are also smart and can remain so if desired.
