English: While we are away, we would like to temporarily sublease our wonderful flat in an Art Nouveau building from 1910. there is an elevator without any steps from the ground level to the apartment and a locked storage for Strollers on the ground floor. There is also a bike storage room. The flat consist of a very large master Bedroom with King Size bed, a Kid’s bedroom with a 120cm bed, formal dining room, living room, large open kitchen, as well as 2.5 baths. The master bathroom has a double sink and large rain shower. The second bathroom has an oversized tub. Both bathrooms feature oversized tiles by Italgraniti. Last but not least, there is a balcony (west/south-west) and a storage closed with Washer/Dryer. The rented part is approx. 160 sqm. The flat is 175 sqm but we will lock a smaller room in the back with personal belongings.
