As we take a small break from Berlin, we are looking from some nice people to live in our beautiful, family-friendly design apartment. Set in a recently renovated, listed building with huge schoolhouse windows and high ceilings, our bright, airy apartment is composed of many unique spaces, including a spacious, open plan kitchen and living room, three cozy bedrooms, a study, a huge second living/studio workspace, a reading area, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kids room can be left with the toys in or converted into an adult bedroom. The kitchen/living room, kids room and study have stunning morning sun, the second living/studio workspace and third bedroom have remarkable afternoon/evening sun. The 2nd floor location is unique, possessing an almost rural quiet but with the many bars, cafes and restaurants of Kreuzberg just a few minutes away. On opposite sides of our street are Treptower Park as well as Ring Bahn offering quick connections to the city and airport, and on the other side the Badeschiff with a swimming pool. The entire apartment is built with unique walls which contain considerable storage and we will leave our collection of design and recipe books. The apartment is filled with many unique design furniture and accessories which will be appreciated by those with a refined aesthetic. The neighbourhood is green and child-friendly. Many children live in the building. The garden is fully usable with a swing, sand pit and play equipment, as well as a fire pit for cozy summer evenings. The building is very quiet, and everyone respects each other. Entertaining is fine but loud parties are unfortunately not possible. Water, Heating and Electricity is included. The apartment is rented fully equipped and furnished, as shown in the pictures.
