Hello! We are a family of 4 and love our home on Zähringerstraße. Since we will be away for a while, we would like to sublet our beautiful, fully equipped apartment for 4 months to caring hands. We value this apartment incredibly – it has given us as a family so many cozy moments, and we are sure that you will feel the same way here! A big plus: The apartment is on the raised ground floor. So you live super comfortably and don't have to carry heavy groceries or suitcases up stairs. Life in this neighborhood is simply a lot of fun: You step out the door and are immediately surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and small boutiques. The Kudamm is just a stone's throw away, and yet you live wonderfully relaxed here. If you ever need a break from the hustle and bustle, our green courtyard awaits directly behind the house: A beautiful lawn, shade-giving trees, and a sandbox offer a small, quiet paradise in the middle of the city. What awaits you in our 106 sqm: Three cozy bedrooms: Two rooms are equipped with two single beds. The third room has a double bed – perfect for great flexibility and restful sleep. The heart of the home: A large living room with a comfortable couch for relaxing, a TV, and a dining table for shared evenings. Fully equipped kitchen: Nothing is missing here! There is a stove, oven, and even comfortable seating for the first coffee in the morning. Home comfort: In the bathroom, you will find both a shower and a bathtub. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are ready for you. Hallway: An inviting entrance area with plenty of space for your wardrobe. We are looking for someone who will appreciate and care for our apartment for the 4 months (August 12th to December 12th) just as we do.
