The apartment itself has been stylishly and lavishly renovated, the floors have stripped floorboards and parquet or modern tiles. The location of the apartment is both quiet and excellent in terms of traffic. The nearest subway station is a 5-minute walk away, the very well-known Berlin – Schlossstraße shopping center is a 10-minute walk away, the "City – West" (Kurfürstendamm) can be reached in around 15 minutes depending on the means of transport you choose, and the "City – East" center (Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz) can be reached in 20-25 minutes. There are several bicycle parking spaces in the locked courtyard where you can secure your own bicycle.
