A Stylish & Spacious Home in the Heart of Berlin After the birth of our first son in 2024, we’ll be on parental leave in 2025/26. During that time, we’d love to offer our beautiful, cozy three-room flat—brimming with character and bathed in natural light—to a caring couple or a small family with a baby. Located in Moabit, just minutes from Berlin’s main train station, this 125 m² (approx. 1,345 sq. ft.) haven with 3.5-meter-high ceilings offers all the conveniences for a comfortable and memorable stay. We have a changing table :) - Music & Relaxation Room: We’ve dedicated a third room to music lovers—complete with a vintage stereo, vinyl display, and an electric piano for those creative moments. - A fully equipped office space including a motorized standing desk, high quality steelcase office chair and extra monitor (pictures will follow) . Modern Bathroom: Take a relaxing soak in the bathtub, store your essentials on generous shelving, and make use of the new bosch washing machine and dryer—convenient for longer stays.
