Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza Cataluña in few minutes. The area is super trendy, full of tapa bars, bars, supermarkets. The apartment has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
