The studio has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills.
