Overnight visits are allowed but please inform the landlord in advance, you will find the conditions in your contract. ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US. Check-in: From Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00 (at the landlord's office) Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the Landlord). Keep in mind that Checking-in out of commercial hours may have an extra cost and will be subject of availability from the Landlord. You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival. BEDROOMS: Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit. Agency fees for bedroom is 195 EUR (1 person) --- 275 EUR (2 persons). Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month. WHOLE APARTMENTS: Agency fees for Studio or Apartment is 847 EUR. Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month. Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 100 EUR (per studio), 150 EUR (2 rooms) 200 EUR (3 rooms). Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
