1 room of 24m² in Barcelona

Hello, next week I will rent a flat in Balmes, near plaza Molina (best location;)) and I thought about renting one of the double rooms to another girl, If she is compatible with me. I have pet, a long hair chihuahua very cute. The double room is very large and the rent is of 450 with utilities included (one month deposit required), the flat is 95 sqm, 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, a bathroom and atoilet. I am a college student of 21 years old, smoker. I like going out, traveling, partying and playing sports. I am Italian, but I also speak Spanish and English. I am looking for not just a flatmate, if not a friend, someone I can have a good friendship with. ;) If you are interested
