1 room of 26m² in Barcelona

The room we rent has a big window, a double bed 150 X 200, double wardrobe, desk, shelves, PRIVATE TV ,VERY BRIGHT, etc... but for single USE. Cleaning service included! We look for a girl or boy who would like a long stay ... A person who knows what life together, good vibrations and calm is: our last flatmate knew what that was so we look for the same. NON SMOKERS PLEASE!! Maximum 35 years old. We don't mind whether he or she works or a Master Student(IESE, ESADE, EADA,etc...). We all work and study... Being located right close to Paseo de Gracia of Barcelona we live in one of the high standing areas of Barcelona. Available 1st September 2011.
