SPECIAL PROJECT – SELECTION OF RESIDENTS FOR A USAGE PHASE For several high-quality renovation homes, we are selecting residents who wish to participate in a short usage phase prior to final completion and sale. The focus is on living experience: how the space feels, how the layout functions, and what can still be improved. The weekly contribution is intentionally low, as the emphasis is on experience and feedback.
