Looking for: - Single person for a common bedroom. No sharing as only single bed available. - Staying with Chinese elderly couple and a Chinese Male tenant (Separate room). Will be sharing common bathroom with the other tenant. - Prefer Chinese Professional who can speak Mandarin as landlord can only communicate in Mandarin. Regular working hours, no shift work. - Light cooking allowed and use of washing machine - Minimum 1 year
