Hiya, I'm moving out of my studio apartment, located in Collegiate Caste Street accommodation and so the studio is available to rent, until the 9th of September 2025. It would be £1,000 a month for the studio (I am paying £1,150 but due to the short tenancy am happy to reduce the price) and access to all of the amenities that the complex offers, such as sauna, gym, games room, study area, laundry room, cinema room and access to cleaning equipment.
