This is a two bedroom unit in a block of 6 units. We are a private landlord and own all 6 units in the block. We have quiet respectful tenants in all the units. There are two units available at the moment and both units are identical in layout. Flat 3 is an upstairs unit facing the street which gets the afternoon sun and Flat 6 is the downstairs unit facing the street which gets the afternoon sun. Both units have a large living area with heat pump, kitchen with plenty of storage and a combined bathroom/laundry with a shower (no bath). The main bedroom is a double room with a double wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with no wardrobe and only fits a single bed. Both units are neat and tidy and have been redecorated within the last few years.
