Hey guys - I’m relocating due to a new job so the flat is available for someone to take over. Immediately. The current tenancy contract is until and you’re welcome to discuss renewal with the letting agency as flat is available and needs a replacement tenant. I’ve been here for 2 years and the flat is in excellent condition located in the town Centre. Furniture is mine so keeping/removing it would be optional. Bills and council tax round up to be about ~£150 pcm depending on usage.
