Our apartment was freshly refurbished and renovated in 2023 / 2024. The 3-room apartment is approx. 81 sqm in size and is located on the 1st floor. An elevator is available in the house. There are numerous parking spaces in front of the building, which can be used free of charge. The apartment consists of a large living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a kitchen and a balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room. The sleeping facilities offer space for a total of 6 people. In the living room there is a cozy, yet large pull-out couch with space for 2 people. The extendable dining table, with space for 6 people, can also be used as a workstation. A 65-inch smart TV is also available and invites you to Netflix & Chill. One of the two bedrooms has a heavenly box-spring bed (180 x 200 m). The other bedroom is furnished with an equally comfortable bed (140 x 200 m). Smart TVs are also available in both bedrooms.
