My partner and I are travelling this summer and are looking for a couple or professional single to look after our lovely South London flat while we are away from March to October. We own the place together and currently live here full time with our newborn baby. We have recently repainted most rooms, and don't smoke or have pets, so the place is bright and clean. We will be leaving most furniture and kitchen supplies, so the place will be ready to move into and settle in right away. Perfect for someone coming to London for the summer! The Flat: - Living / Dining Room: Spacious and comfortable with a large L-shaped sofa, dining table and chairs for four, TV, bookcase and a dedicated work-from-home setup including a desk and monitor. - Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine. Crockery, pots and pans etc will all be left for you to use as well as cleaning supplies. - Bedroom: King-size bed, two built-in wardrobes, and two chest of drawers providing plenty of storage.
