I am renting out my beautiful maisonette in the heart of Tooting Broadway. The property has two very good sized bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/living space and a lovely garden with lots of room for a bbq, garden furniture and more. I have loved living here and have decided to rent it out as opposed to selling it.
