Barco is a really bright and spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a warm coffee in the evening or host a dinner with friends and your favorite tapas. Malasaña is the trendy and cool neighborhood of Madrid, plenty of little pop-up stories, designer boutiques and funky cafés and restaurants. Upon entering, you will be met with the huge and open space that combines the living room and the kitchen. The living room has 3 different areas: the sitting area, with a nice sofa and two armchairs, and the TV area, with a comfortable sofa (that can also be accommodated as a sofa-bed for 1 person) and a flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels. This nice area is flanked by three small balconies that overlook the lively Barco street and flood the space with tons of natural light. The kitchen is open to this area and features a nice bar and all the first-brand appliances you may need during your stay, such as an oven, Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer, amongst others. Before accessing the bedroom area of the unit, right next to the entrance door of the unit we find a convenient toilet. The bedroom area consists of a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a big wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom, with a separated shower and toilet. The wooden floor and the rainfall showerhead will make you feel like you’re at a spa. The home also features A/C, heating and 300mb Fiber internet connection.
